Successful partnership working provides homes in Loddon

Saffron Housing Trust is celebrating the provision of much-needed new affordable homes on one of their largest developments in Loddon, Norfolk due to successful partnership working with Halsbury Homes.

Saffron has now received the final eight properties made up of one, two and three-bedroom houses and a one-bedroom flat. Building started on the St George’s Park site in 2018 with a total of 66 homes handed over to Saffron, 56 for affordable rent and 10 Shared Equity.

Development Officer at Saffron, Hannah Beeslee, said: “We are really pleased to be able to provide great quality homes for our tenants and also help people get on the property ladder with our shared equity properties.

“We look forward working with Halsbury Homes on future local developments, as their hard work and commitment to provide affordable housing has been outstanding.”

The overall development is made up of 202 properties which consists two, three, four and five-bedroom homes for sale along with a number of public green areas for residents to enjoy.
