Grand Union retains top rating

We’re proud to have once again retained the highest possible rating in our assessment by the Regulator for Social Housing.

The Regulator reconfirmed our G1/V1 rating after conducting their recent review which considers the strength of our governance systems and procedures, our finances and our long-term business plan.

Aileen Evans, Group Chief Executive, said: “This retained G1/V1 rating is a testament to all the hard work done by everyone here at Grand Union in what has been a difficult year for everyone.

“We’ve held a top rating since the Regulator first brought them in, which I think goes to show the quality of the team we have here and the work that we continue to do in building more homes, stronger communities and better lives.”

The announcement comes after Grand Union launched its ambitious new corporate plan, Further together, earlier in the year.
