Flagship Group awarded ‘Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers’ in England
Flagship has been awarded 59th place in the latest national ranking of apprenticeship employers.
The Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers celebrates the country’s outstanding employers who invest in growing talent and developing a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce. More than 100,000 organisations in England are now apprenticeship employers.
Tomas Lloyd, Apprenticeship Delivery Manager at Flagship said: “This is fantastic news and a testament to the hard work and support of so many individuals and teams across the Group; something we can all be incredibly proud of.
As a Group, we now employ over 75 apprentices and we know that by offering opportunities we can attract and retain the very best talent and help our apprentices learn, develop and fulfil their potential. This will ultimately lead us to achieving our goal of solving the housing crisis in the East of England.”
The award is in recognition of Flagship’s commitment to employing apprentices, creating new apprenticeships and the progression of apprentices into further employment – such as the Group’s Bright Futures Programme, which has helped more people secure jobs and promotions with the skills, confidence and qualifications they need to succeed.
Jasmine King, Housing Policy and Practice Degree Apprentice said: “I am so pleased to be a part of Flagship Group and undertaking an apprenticeship with them. I am grateful for the skills and confidence I’ve developed through my apprenticeship.”
Alice Ames, Housing Policy and Practice Degree Apprentice said: “I’m proud to work for a company that offers so many apprenticeship opportunities. Flagship Group is an inspiring place to work and learn and I would definitely recommend the Bright Futures programme.”
